Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operations, project management, organizational systems, and team accountability. This position works directly with the CEO/Founder to ensure organizational goals are achieved through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and organizational priorities. Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. Monitor project progress and address barriers to completion. Coordinate cross-functional projects between departments. Team Leadership Supervise student leadership team members and administrative staff. Conduct weekly leadership meetings and project reviews. Assign responsibilities and track task completion. Promote collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Strategic Planning Assist the CEO in developing organizational goals and initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and organizational outcomes. Recommend improvements to processes and operational systems. Support grant, sponsorship, and partnership initiatives. Reporting & Accountability Prepare operational reports for the CEO. Maintain project management systems and documentation. Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications Current college student. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience managing projects, teams, or student organizations preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software. Prior management/supervisor experience

College Students Majoring in Nonprofit Management/Leadership, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Public Administration, Human Services, Community Development Able to commit for 2-3 years
Compensation:
Possibly a yearly stipend
