Medidata is seeking a high-impact, strategic, and execution-oriented Head of Business Operations and Transformation . This is a pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and enterprise-scale operational excellence. We are looking for a leader with a blue-chip consulting pedigree who has successfully navigated the complexities of large-scale organizations. You will be the "engine room" of the organization, responsible for orchestrating a cross-functional, AI-augmented transformation strategy . This is a hands-on execution role ; you won't just be designing the slides—you will be in the trenches, partnering with IT, HR, and Finance to build the systems and cultures that ensure Medidata remains agile and hyper-focused on execution.
