Our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth and leadership transition-and we're looking for a proven operations leader to help shape what comes next. This is not just another operations role. This is a succession-track leadership opportunity with real influence over performance, people, and long-term company direction. What You'll Own Lead all electrical construction operations across the company Oversee project management, field teams, and operational performance Drive consistency in execution, scheduling, and staffing Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably Partner with leadership on growth strategy and operational improvements ???? What You'll Drive Job cost, labor productivity, and margin performance Forecasting and financial oversight across multiple projects Operational efficiency and scalable processes Continuous improvement in execution and delivery ???? What You'll Build Develop PMs, superintendents, and future leaders Strengthen accountability and communication across teams Help build the next generation of operational leadership
WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE
Bachelor's degree in engineering , or related field experience 10+years of progressive leadership experience and team development 12+ years in electrical construction Experience leading multiple projects, teams across multiple locations Strong financial acumen (job cost, margins, forecasting) Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key operational issues into actionable, executive-ready recommendations. Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS
Commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure electrical construction background Experience with large-scale or complex projects Familiarity with BIM, prefabrication, Lean Construction, or advanced operational systems Experience developing operational leaders and high-performing teams
