• Private Equity Our client is a middle-market commercial services business backed by a leading private equity sponsor focused on professionalizing the business, introducing infrastructure and driving significant growth.

The company operates across multiple states and is poised to grow through acquisitive and organic strategies. We are seeking a hands-on growth-focused executive to oversee a strategic turnaround with complete ownership and responsibility for all day-to-day operations. The VP Operations will partner strategically with the CEO and prepare the business for accelerated growth while driving performance improvement and implementing a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires an in-the-trenches leader with the confidence to make critical decisions and ability to build out operations. Ideally you will have previous experience with both large scale and middle-market industrial services organizations where you developed a strong understanding of best practices and the ability to improve process across organizations, including the introduction of KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting and team management. It will be an asset to have worked in a private equity-backed business or investor-driven enterprise focused on value creation and an ultimate outcome for the business.
