Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Senior Director, VSC Claims to join a large-scale claims organization. Ou seeking a high-impact operations leader to rebuild and optimize its Vehicle Service Contract Claims function, leading over 100 team members across a growing organization. This is a true transformation mandate with executive visibility, budget support, and the opportunity to redesign people, processes, systems, and culture.

$150,000 - $170,000 annually + bonus What You'll Own:
End-to-end VSC claims operations performance Claims financial outcomes, leakage reduction, QA governance, and operational controls Workflow redesign, automation initiatives, AI enablement, and systems improvements Capacity planning, productivity, cost-per-claim, SLA performance, and team development Cross-functional partnership with IT, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership What You Bring:
10+ years of operations/claims leadership experience 7+ years leading large teams (75+ FTE) Strong financial acumen (loss ratios, severity, expense discipline) Experience transforming claims workflows, QA, controls, and automation Working knowledge of automotive mechanics / vehicle service claims preferred Executive presence with a data-driven, accountability-focused leadership style Why Join?
