  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Co-Founder to lead our organization's strategic growth and operational excellence.
This pivotal role combines high-level leadership with hands-on management, driving business development, streamlining processes, and fostering a dynamic company culture. As a core member of the executive team, you will shape the company's future, oversee daily operations, and ensure sustainable success through innovative strategies and effective team leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence every aspect of our organization's trajectory. Must be a Pharmacist looking to have an ownership stake in a brand new 503a compounding pharmacy. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision, goals, and growth objectives Lead operational management across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support sustainable growth Drive change management processes to adapt swiftly to industry trends and organizational needs Supervise team of pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance and accountability Oversee project and program management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget Implement process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation Requirements Substantial experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding Prior experience working with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy in regard to obtaining the appropriate licensing and maintaining pharmacy compliance Ability to contribute financial capital in order to obtain equity ownership of pharmacy Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation PharmD degree required Join us as we begin this exciting new pharmacy venture with unlimited potential!
