We're looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of our Knoxville satellite location. This is not a maintenance role - this is a build-and-scale opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of operations, people, and performance from day one. What You'll Do Own day-to-day operations for the Knoxville market across service, installation, and sales Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of technicians, installers, and sales reps Take full ownership of P&L performance , including revenue growth, margins, and cost controls Establish and refine pricing strategy, job costing, and financial reporting to ensure profitability Create structure and accountability through KPIs, reporting, and performance management Partner with leadership to stand up processes, systems, and workflows for a new location Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and field execution to ensure an exceptional customer experience Help establish and protect company culture in a new market—performance-driven, team-oriented, and customer-first Act as the local leader and face of operations for the Knoxville team What We're Looking For 3+ years of operations or management experience in home services required; HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience preferred Proven experience building, leading, and scaling field teams Strong command of P&L management, job costing, and performance metrics A builder's mindset —you thrive in environments where you create structure, not just follow it Data-driven and decisive—you know how to turn numbers into action Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Strong communicator who can lead, coach, and hold teams accountable Hands-on leader willing to roll up your sleeves and make things happen Why Join Us?
