PTP Disbursements Lead

An organization is seeking a PTP Disbursements Lead in Nashville, TN to oversee global payment operations, support an ERP consolidation, and drive accurate, timely, and compliant disbursement processing. Onsite Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end disbursement operations across multiple ERP environments, including ACH, wire transfers, check processing, direct debits, and virtual card payments Ensure timely and accurate payment execution in alignment with vendor terms, cash flow objectives, and internal controls Manage payment exceptions, holds, and failed payments while performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Partner with Treasury, Banking, Finance, and Technology teams on payment file transmissions, bank connectivity, ERP integration, and go-live readiness Lead global disbursements team activities, establish performance expectations, and drive continuous improvement in controls, reporting, and process documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 10+ years of progressive AP/PTP experience with a focus on disbursements and payment operations At least 4 years of leadership experience at the Director or VP level Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payments Experience managing payment operations across multiple ERP platforms simultaneously Deep expertise in payment methods, bank connectivity, and payment file formats Strong knowledge of disbursement controls, SOX compliance, and fraud prevention practices Experience contributing to an ERP migration from a payments perspective Experience leading large, globally distributed teams Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and executive communication skills

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with ERS and recurring payment processes Experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking portal integrations Knowledge of global payment regulations and cross-border payment requirements Background in media, entertainment, or a large enterprise environment Experience in a global shared services or GBS environment
