TN, OH, KY & IN.
The RVP will play a critical role in standardizing operations, improving efficiency, and building a disciplined, performance-driven operating model across all locations. This role is not only accountable for regional P&L performance but also for designing and implementing the systems, processes, and management routines that enable consistent execution at scale. The candidate we seek has deep experience in multi-site operations, large-fleet management, post-acquisition integration, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable gains in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Ownership of:
P&L, Operational Excellence, Process Standardization, M&A Integration, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Safety/Risk and Change Management.
