Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO)/Office Manager to lead and streamline our organizational operations. This pivotal role combines high-level leadership with hands-on management of daily office functions, ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, manage complex projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will shape the company's growth trajectory while maintaining efficient, effective, and scalable processes that support our mission and vision. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing change management and process optimization. Oversee daily office operations, including administrative functions, facilities management, and resource allocation to ensure seamless workflows. Lead business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding service offerings. Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting, financial planning, and cost control measures to maximize operational efficiency. Supervise teams across various departments, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Drive project management efforts by establishing timelines, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. Implement continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate service quality across the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that support long-term organizational success and sustainability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership roles with demonstrated success in managing complex organizational functions. Strong background in change management, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies. Excellent management skills with experience supervising diverse teams and leading cross-functional projects. Expertise in business development strategies to identify growth opportunities and expand organizational impact. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, program management, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative culture. Demonstrated ability in project management tools and techniques to ensure timely completion of initiatives. Pay:
$45,905.96 - $55,284.60 per year
