Job Description:

Role Description As a General Manager at Texas Enterprises, Inc. dba Allied Sales Company, you will oversee all aspects of the operational, financial, and strategic performance of the Allied Sales Company division. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading and developing a team, evaluating business performance, implementing growth initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications Operational Leadership and Execution:

Experience in managing business operations, team leadership, and driving process improvements

Financial Management:

Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsiblie for developing operations budget and capital plan.

Sales Leadership and Business Development:

Expertise in client relationship management, business growth strategies, and meeting sales targets

Team-Centric Skills:

Effective communication, team building, and conflict resolution abilities

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions

Extensive Problem-Solving and Superior Decision Making Skills:

Routinely identifies business problems and facilitates solutions by working with other appopriate company representatives.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with fuel, lubricants, automotive, or related industries is a plus

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute. Five to ten years of proven successful leadership managing a regional P&L in excess of $20MM revenue and managing staff in excess of 60. Expected Hours of Work Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, due to nature of business, General Manager is required to be on-call 24/7 to handle emergencies and problem solve or assign and delegate those responsibilities. Travel Local and regional travel to visit customers, vendors and attend business functions is required for this position.
