Opportunity:
In support of CACI's Navy C3I Division your primary responsibility will be to support Division and program business and functional operations for the Vice President. Duties will include identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between executive, technical, and functional areas. You will interact with diverse audiences across CACI and the Division, from new hires to senior leadership. You are organized, an independent thinker, responsive and driven to help others, often without being asked to do so. You thrive in a corporate environment and understand this role requires the ability to have an in-office presence five days a week in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for the Navy C3I Division's Vice President and program management team related to planning, executing, and monitoring Division initiatives to ensure smooth and successful operations.
  • Regularly monitoring program processes and workflows and determining when issues need to be escalated to higher management
  • Conducting periodic assessments of operations and recommending improvements
  • Facilitating discussions to gather input on proposed solutions
  • Documenting the impact of issues on program timelines, budgets, or quality
  • Analyzing Division performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders to make recommendations to the Division Vice President
  • Develop and maintain the Division's technical capabilities brief and other business materials for use with potential customers, recruits, and new hires.
  • Create the Division's weekly status report. Work with program managers, engineers, and functional leads to collect status content and synthesize the inputs into a comprehensible report appropriate for dissemination to senior leadership.
  • Analyze indirect expenditures by the Division and prepare a monthly financial report of spending activities for the Vice President. Make recommendations on opportunities to use limited funding more efficiently.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process and develop custom presentation materials targeted at new hires. Conduct monthly training classes focused on Division operational procedures, policies, tools, and other topics.
  • Chair the Division employee engagement committee and manage all engagement events and activities including researching options, negotiating pricing with external vendors, and executing events.
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Division's Microsoft Project Web Application (PWA) instance. Including troubleshooting user issues, working with project/program managers to create project files, and adding/updating employee resource records.
  • Support the Division Vice President in other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience
  • Positive attitude with the ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally
  • Ability to manage multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Capacity to maintain an in-office presence five (5) days a week in Austin, TX
  • MS Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
Desired:
  • Prior experience in a federal government contracting environment
  • At least two (2) years of experience supporting senior executives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Slack, Chrome River, MS Project, and

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
