Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our medical organization's operational strategy and execution. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will drive operational excellence, oversee daily business and clinic functions, and implement strategic initiatives that foster sustainable growth. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for optimizing processes, managing large teams, and steering the company toward its long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in leading complex operations across diverse business units. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's patient centered vision and goals to ensure scalable growth and efficiency. Lead and supervise management teams across departments, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and workflow management to maximize productivity. Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions, technological advancements, and organizational restructuring. Implement robust project management practices to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource planning to support operational sustainability and profitability. Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Champion process improvement programs aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Skills Proven expertise in change management with the ability to lead organizational transformation effectively. Strong strategic planning skills to develop long-term visions and translate them into actionable plans. Must have outpatient primary care and specialty care medical experience. Extensive operations management experience across multiple business functions with a focus on scalability. Demonstrated leadership in managing senior teams and supervising large groups of employees. Must have excellent working knowledge of insurance verifications, authorizations and billing/coding. Must have expertise in revenue cycle management and must have expertise in medical billing. Must have experience in payroll systems. Must have experience and knowldge of Quickbooks online. Skilled in business development strategies that drive growth and market expansion. Proficient in project management methodologies to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion. Must be able to run reports in QBO and EMR system. Deep understanding of process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma to streamline workflows. Must have working knowledge of EClinical Works. Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation for sustainable operations. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration at all levels of the organization. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,500.00 per yearBenefits:
