Job Description:
This position is accountable for producing the following results: To acquire and retain long-term quality clients for the company through the development and implementation of service, production, and delivery systems across the separated business lines of Wealth, Trust, Community Trust, PNC, WMP-Wealth, WMP-Trust business lines. The Market MD is accountable for the growth, integration, and strategic direction of all segments, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
STRATEGIC WORK
Provide strategic direction for the growth and profitability of the Private Wealth Markets ensuring alignment with overall Corporate Strategic Objective. Define customer personas, pains and unique selling propositions for all segments. Design and execute growth strategy for Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams for Private Wealth Targets and Prospects Responsible for generating and closing Private Wealth opportunities in pipeline. Direct and manage the operations of the Private Wealth unit, ensuring that day-to-day business operations are running effectively and efficiently, as well as risk and compliance adherence Hire, manage, develop, and evaluate all direct report sin alignment with annual business plan and corporate strategic objective Create and actively manage the Private Wealth annual business plan including budget and projected revenue. Present report on Private Wealth unit performance and future plans to Board of Advisors on an annual basis. Determine key performance indicators, KPIs and monitor and oversee mitigation
TACTICAL WORK
Manage the Private Wealth unit P&Ls expenses in alignment with budget. Conduct periodic Private Wealth unit meetings Travel to client, partner, prospect and company meeting sites at least one week out of each month Ensure that employees receive development, coaching and regular performance feedback on day-to-day activities and established goals, including consistent one on ones, training, development plans, and semi- annual performance reviews. Monitor and report financial results for Private Wealth unit. Responsible for the training and adoption of the FRAMEprocess in the Private Wealth unit. Manage the development efforts via prospect visits and hosting prospects at First Rate office locations. Provide input and assistance as needed across all departments to ensure clarity communication and optimum results through teamwork. Ensure every employee is aware of the Corporate Strategic Objective and the department Strategic Objective and understands their part in achieving these goals.
STANDARDS POSITION SPECIFIC STANDARDS
Maintain Sales pipeline in alignment with annual sales goal Coordinate implementation of annual business plan goals with support center resources assigned to help achieve goals Minimum of 50% of time dedicated to new name client acquisition related activities until pipeline and sales results are in alignment with goals. Leadership and decisions will be made in accordance with company values and policies. Represent the Company in interactions with clients, employees and partners in a way that enhances the Company's reputation. Outstanding customer service is a hallmark of the Private Wealth business line. Create and support an environment that encourages and fosters continuous innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Eligibility:
5 year experience with First Rate required 3+ year Management Skills or Team Lead Experience preferred P&L management experience preferred 1+ year of Operations and fulfillment experience 1+ years of managing a Sales pipeline preferred Client relationship experience Salesforce experience preferred
