We operate across land acquisition, development, construction, leasing, sales, and property management, allowing our team to be involved in every stage of bringing a community to life. We are growing quickly and are seeking a Vice President of Construction Operations to lead residential construction, preconstruction, purchasing, estimating, product execution, and field performance across multiple Texas markets. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced residential construction leader who can manage today's production while building the scalable operating platform we need for the next phase of growth. The Vice President of Construction Operations will lead residential construction operations across Bridge Tower's Build-to-Rent, Build-for-Sale, and third-party general contracting work. This role will oversee construction performance, purchasing strategy, preconstruction readiness, trade partner execution, field operations, cost control, safety, quality, warranty feedback, and residential product execution. Reporting to the managing partners, this position will work closely with finance, construction finance, land development, sales, leasing, property operations, and company leadership. Direct reports will initially include the Director of Construction and Purchasing Manager, with broader oversight of estimating, purchasing, field construction, warranty coordination, and related construction operations. As Bridge Tower continues to scale, this role will also help shape the future structure of our preconstruction function. This is not a maintenance role for an already-finished system. This person will be expected to improve how we build, strengthen how teams work together, and prepare Bridge Tower for continued growth across product types, markets, and future out-of-state expansion. Construction Operations & Field Performance Lead residential construction operations across multiple markets, communities, and product lines Own on-time delivery, field execution, cycle-time negotiation of subcontractor agreements, vendor pricing, contract terms, and cost-control initiatives Ensure bids are handled impartially and vendors are held accountable for pricing, performance, quality, responsiveness, and capacity Monitor construction costs, including budgets, EPOs, variance trends, and trade pricing Develop methods to control cost without compromising build quality, safety, customer experience, or long-term asset performance Safety, Compliance, Quality & Warranty Maintain and improve construction policies, procedures, and field standards to optimize safety and performance Ensure construction operations maintain required licensing, permits, insurance, documentation, and operational controls Oversee OSHA, EPA, code, safety, and process compliance across all communities Build a quality feedback loop between construction, warranty, purchasing, estimating, and field leadership Oversee warranty performance at the operational level, ensuring strong customer
