We are a growing, relationship-driven propane distribution company serving residential and commercial customers across Central Texas and the Texas Hill Country. With a strong local reputation built on reliability and trust, Heart of Texas Propane is entering an exciting growth phase supported by a new ERP system implementation and a focused Relationship Driven Growth Initiative. This is a pivotal time to join our leadership team. Operations are being elevated under strong senior leadership, creating a unique opportunity to shape how we deliver exceptional service across multiple branches while building a high-performing, safety-first culture.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a typical Regional Manager role. You will be the operational leader who bridges senior leadership and branch teams — the person who makes sure we deliver on our promises every single day. You'll coach and develop branch managers, drive operational excellence, champion safety, and ensure our service reliability fuels customer retention and sustainable growth. WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Regional Leadership & Team Development Provide hands-on leadership and direction across multiple branches in Central Texas / Hill Country. Coach, mentor, and develop branch managers and emerging leaders. Build accountability, strengthen employee engagement, and support succession planning. Promote a strong, values-driven culture and collaboration between locations. Operational Excellence Oversee safe, efficient, and profitable branch operations including deliveries, service, resource utilization, and execution. Continuously improve processes, drive productivity, and ensure consistent standards across the region. Remove barriers so our teams can deliver reliable, high-quality service every day. Safety & Compliance Champion a true safety-first culture where safety is embedded in every decision. Ensure full regulatory compliance and work closely with the Director of Safety & Compliance. Support training and reinforce best practices to protect our people, customers, and assets. Customer Experience & Relationship Driven Growth Elevate customer service standards across the region. Resolve escalated issues and ensure operational performance supports long-term customer trust. Partner with Regional Growth Manager to prepare operations for new opportunities, smooth onboarding, and increased route efficiency. Financial & Operational Accountability Monitor performance, manage expenses, and drive profitability. Support capital planning and identify opportunities to strengthen the business.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a proven operations leader who leads by example and gets energy from developing people and improving results. You've successfully managed multi-location teams, driven operational improvements, and know how to balance discipline with relationship-focused leadership. You're comfortable in a growing company environment and excited to help take operations to the next level. You Bring Significant leadership experience with multi-location operations (propane, distribution, logistics, or service industries preferred). Strong track record in safety, operational efficiency, team development, and customer-focused execution. Excellent coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complexity while staying aligned with strategic goals. You Are A builder and developer of people and processes. Highly accountable, organized, and action-oriented. Comfortable with visibility and leading through influence. Passionate about safety, reliability, and earning customer trust every day. This Role May Not Be Right For You If You Prefer a purely hands-off or administrative leadership style. Are not energized by coaching and developing frontline leaders. Need highly structured processes with little room for innovation. Are uncomfortable balancing operational rigor with relationship-building.

Safety and performance metrics clearly tracked. 90 Days Region operating with stronger consistency, safety focus, and team engagement. Clear contributions to customer experience and growth support initiatives. Branch leaders showing measurable development.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
