This role is far more than managing technicians. We are looking for a business-minded operator who can lead the entire department including sales, service, installation, customer experience, team development, operational performance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, sharp communicator, operationally driven, customer-focused, and capable of building a high-performing team and scalable department. This position works closely with company leadership and plays a major role in the future growth of Team Enoch's plumbing division.
