Full-Time, Permanent Position Summar yWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven operations leader to oversee all aspects of operational performance, workforce development, customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance for a growing industrial organization The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and support sustainable business growth. This position requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and experience within power infrastructure, electrical equipment, heavy industrial manufacturing, or related industrie s. Key Responsibilit ies
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitabili ty.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiativ es.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance manageme nt.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers and employees across multiple departmen ts.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, transportation, and regulatory requiremen ts.
- Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, workforce planning, and resource allocati on.
- Support environmental compliance programs, audits, inspections, permitting activities, and regulatory reporti ng.
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Administrative teams to support organizational objectiv es.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support business development initiativ es.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic pla ns. Required Qualificat ions
- Bachelor's degree prefer red.
- Minimum of 4 years of senior-level management experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, and financial performa nce.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments, operational functions, or business un its.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving ski lls.
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial oversi ght.
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, power infrastructure, utility services, field services, asset-intensive operations, or related environme nts. Preferred Qualifica tions
- Experience within the transformer industry, including manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, refurbishment, testing, servicing, engineering, or operations leader ship.
- Experience supporting utility, power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or related industrial mar kets.
- Familiarity with highly regulated operational environments where safety, environmental compliance, quality, and operational reliability are crit ical. Compensation & Be nefits
