Full-Time, Permanent Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven operations leader to oversee all aspects of operational performance, workforce development, customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance for a growing industrial organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and support sustainable business growth. This position requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and experience within power infrastructure, electrical equipment, heavy industrial manufacturing, or related industries. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance management.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to managers and employees across multiple departments.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Support environmental compliance programs, audits, inspections, permitting activities, and regulatory reporting.
- Partner with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Administrative teams to support organizational objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of senior-level management experience with responsibility for personnel, operations, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments, operational functions, or business units.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Experience within industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, power infrastructure, utility services, field services, asset-intensive operations, or related environments. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the transformer industry, including manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, refurbishment, testing, servicing, engineering, or operations leadership.
- Experience supporting utility, power distribution, electrical infrastructure, or related industrial markets.
- Familiarity with highly regulated operational environments where safety, environmental compliance, quality, and operational reliability are critical. Compensation & Benefits
