Job Description

TITLE:
VP of Resource Development and Business Operations
DEPARTMENT
Administration
REPORTS TO
CEO
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Support organization mission and goals by assisting the CEO with the development and execution of business operations for the organizations. VP of Business Administration supports all aspects of Club operations with primary concern for resource development, human resources, and business administration.
KEY ROLES
(Essential Job Responsibilities): 1. Resource Development 50% This position is responsible for all fundraising and development activities to build visibility, impact, and financial resources, through the solicitation of major gifts, federal and state grants, special events, and corporate and foundation support. Individual contribution includes writing and submitting major grant and foundation requests. Supervise the development department team (2-4 people) by establishing goals and monitoring performance. 2. Human Resources 25% This position is responsible for supervision of the organization's human resources department (1-2 people). Support department in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, terminations. Procure and work with benefit providers. 3. Business Operations 25% Oversee the organization's business operations with primary concern inventory management, credit card management, information technologies, rentals, major procurements, insurance, purchase orders, expense report administration, and licenses and permits.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Will assist with other projects as needed.

Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills Customer service, communication, and recordkeeping Strong organizational and time management Experience fundraising and grant writing Knowledge of non-profit management
