Job Description Insight Global is seeking a NET/NEF Team Lead to support a large government customer in Alexandria, VA. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of new equipment testing and fielding, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations. The ideal candidate will drive coordination across teams, manage timelines, and ensure equipment is deployed safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of new equipment testing (NET) and fielding (NEF) efforts Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with leadership Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment at various sites Ensure smooth transition of new equipment into operations with minimal disruption Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to drive project success Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements Provide regular status updates and briefings to leadership Identify process improvements and implement best practices for future deployments Maintain clear documentation, including procedures, reports, and technical materials $30/hr to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
