Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Washington, DC, for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee daily business operations, manage budgets, analyze business performance, and develop strategies to improve efficiency. The role also includes managing teams, ensuring superior customer service standards, and streamlining operations. The Director will play a key role in shaping organizational processes and aligning them with company goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Operations Management, with a track record of optimizing processes and managing resources efficiently Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational data, identifying issues before they arise and developing solutions Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams (Ops, Kitchen, Event Planning) Competence in Budgeting and financial planning, with the ability to manage and report financial performance effectively Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high service standards Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities Experience in the hospitality, catering, or events industry is critical Bachelor's degree Spanish speaking is preferred
