Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Site Leader at
RVA WASH HOLDINGS INC
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail location, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and driving sales growth. The Site Leader will act as a key representative of the company, embodying our values and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the site's daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with senior management to align site operations with company objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to staff. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry. Proven track record of successfully managing a retail site or similar operational environment. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and achieve financial targets. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using retail management software and tools. Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
