HealthWorks is a mandatory flu vaccine organization. Pay Range - $150k Definition The CPO is responsible for managing and supervising the organization's daily operations. Fostering teamwork, the CPO will develop and implement plans for operational systems, processes, and personnel assignments to support the organization's growth and strategic planning objectives while prioritizing our patients' health. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development Serves as a senior member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with the CEO, CMO, CDO, and CFO to develop and implement organizational policies, strategic initiatives, and operational plans that advance the mission of the organization. Contributes to long-term planning efforts, including fulfillment of 330-grant obligations and HRSA program expectations, ensuring alignment across all operational departments. Special Projects Manages large-scale, high-priority organizational projects as assigned by the CEO and Board of Directors, such as new program launches, facility expansions, or major operational transformations that require dedicated leadership, cross-functional coordination, and sustained executive attention. Clinical & Administrative Operations Oversees the Director of Clinic Operations in the day-to-day operational performance of all clinical support and administrative functions across all sites, excluding direct medical decision-making. Ensures that clinical workflows, patient-facing systems, and administrative processes are consistently evaluated, refined, and aligned with best practices to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional customer experience. Quality Improvement & Patient Experience Supports the Director of Quality and Risk in their operational analysis in collaboration with the CMO to identify workflow inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and staff productivity. Participates actively in the Quality Improvement Committee and oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of patient satisfaction feedback systems. Ensures adherence to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards across all reporting departments. Financial Oversight & Accountability Collaborates with the Chief Financial Officer to implement, monitor, and enforce financial policies across all administrative departments. Holds department leaders accountable to established budgets. People Leadership & Supervision Fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth throughout the organization. Ensure teams have the guidance and resources needed for effective decision-making. Facilities & Infrastructure Management Accountable for all aspects of facilities management, including physical plant oversight, preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, new construction, and compliance with all applicable documentation requirements in support of the Facilities Manager. Leads the IT Manager, and EHR Administrator to develop and implement training programs and procedures related to the practice management system, ensuring technology infrastructure supports efficient clinical and administrative operations. Communications & Marketing Oversees the organization's marketing and communications functions, ensuring consistent and mission-aligned messaging internally and externally. Community Representation Attends meetings and represents Healthworks in the community when assigned by the CEO.
