Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Credit Union Operations to lead and optimize the daily functions of our credit union. This pivotal role involves overseeing all operational activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will shape strategic initiatives that enhance member experience, streamline workflows, and foster sustainable growth. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams to excel while managing complex projects and implementing innovative solutions to elevate operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of credit union operations, including member services, lending, collections, and back-office functions. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, growth, and member satisfaction. Drive change management initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, and policies effectively across departments. Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure operational sustainability. Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expansion and service enhancements that meet market demands. Supervise department heads, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and mentorship. Oversee project management initiatives aimed at process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation to maximize productivity and compliance. Experience Extensive experience in operations management within financial institutions or credit unions, with a proven track record of leading large teams. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and program management. Strong background in change management practices with the ability to lead organizational transformation smoothly. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects. Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertinent to credit unions or similar financial entities. Pay:
Up to $104,000.00 per year
