This is not a babysitting position. This is not a position for someone looking to simply manage what already exists. We're looking for a leader who wants to build something. Lake Gaston HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is growing fast, and we're looking for a General Manager who can lead the next phase of growth. You'll be responsible for building teams, driving revenue, improving performance, creating accountability, and helping establish us as the dominant HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in the Lake Gaston market. What You'll Be Responsible For Leadership Lead daily operations Develop and coach team members Hold managers and employees accountable Create a winning culture Recruit and retain top talent Conduct team meetings and performance reviews Growth Drive revenue growth Increase profitability Improve conversion rates Grow memberships Develop local partnerships and community relationships Execute growth strategies with ownership Operations Manage HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments Improve efficiency and productivity Monitor KPIs and scorecards Ensure processes are followed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and production Financial Performance Manage budgets and profitability Track revenue, gross profit, and net profit Improve average ticket and close rates Control labor and operational costs Drive overall company performance What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Service industry experience preferred Strong operational and financial understanding Ability to build and lead teams Recruiting and hiring experience Strong communication skills Accountability-driven leadership style Ability to make decisions and solve problems Growth-minded and results-oriented Desire to build something special Compensation Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Growth Incentives Compensation will be based on experience and proven ability to produce results.
