Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience across sales, operations, finance, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Requirements:
MBA or advanced business/technical degree. Prior experience in a leadership or general management role. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team with full P&L accountability. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, executing strategic business plans, and delivering operational and financial performance. The Value Stream Manager operates with an ownership mindset, balancing commercial strategy and operational execution to secure high-margin opportunities, optimize performance, and build a high-performing organization.
Responsibilities:
Own full P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and EBITDA achievement. Develop and execute strategic and annual business plans to drive profitable growth and market expansion. Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, engineering, and quality to achieve performance objectives. Drive new business development through value-based pricing, market analysis, and customer engagement. Partner with operations to improve efficiency, resolve issues, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
