We are looking for a powerhouse leader to own our daily execution, build scalable systems, and drive absolute accountability across our team.

The Role:

What Success Looks Like As our Director of Operations, you aren't just managing tasks; you are owning the execution of our business strategy. You will partner directly with the CEO and CFO to translate big-picture vision into daily operational reality. You will be the direct manager for our sales and project support teams, turning a group of talented individuals into a high-performing, accountable machine.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Own the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to our standards.

Team Accountability & Performance:

Manage, mentor, and hold our mid-level management and support staff accountable to clear KPIs. You are the buffer that allows the CEO to focus on growth.

Process Optimization:

Evaluate our current workflows (from sales handoff to project completion) and build the scalable systems we need to grow without breaking.

Cross-Department Synergy:

Work hand-in-hand with our CFO to ensure operational decisions align with financial goals and profitability targets.
