Nursing Home Administrator:

Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes to improve client operations.

Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.

Assist with staff recruitment and selection of key management roles as needed.

Provide leadership and consulting support as defined by the client.

Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of assignment.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an NHA.Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Flexibility for project-based assignments nationwide.
