As the VP of Operations

• Transportation , you will: Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Milwaukee market to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability Build strong customer relationships through direct engagement and community outreach initiatives Recruit, train, and mentor location staff and independent contractor drivers, promoting a culture of retention and excellence Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicle availability meets service demand Direct safety, compliance, and training programs to align with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements Regularly monitor operational metrics and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where needed Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets and strategic growth plans Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and contract adherence Support labor relations and employee engagement activities Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards of excellence Talent Requirements of a

VP of Operations:
