The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex contracts supporting power generation and infrastructure projects. This role ensures contractual compliance, mitigates risk, and supports commercial outcomes by partnering closely with project management, procurement, and legal teams.What You'll Do:
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC, subcontractor, and service agreements Manage contract lifecycle activities, including change orders, amendments, and closeout Identify and mitigate contractual risks; support claims and dispute resolution Partner with project teams to align contract terms with execution strategy and timelines Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client obligations Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting for audits and governance Support bid and proposal efforts with contractual and commercial inputWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 7+ years of contract administration experience in power generation, utilities, or industrial construction Strong knowledge of EPC and subcontract agreements Proven negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills Experience managing claims, change orders, and contract compliance Proficiency with contract management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Professional certifications (e.g., CPCM, PMP) preferredWhat You'll Get:
