ISN is seeking an Analyst II (Unit Team Lead), who will be assigned to a client site in Winchester, VA. As an Analyst II, you will assist a federal agency in conducting investigation case information and preparing relevant reports based on information gleaned using your critical and analytical skills. Your skills will be used to author reports that federal agencies can use to determine an applicant s worthiness for employment, access to federal facilities, and immigration benefit. Ultimately, you will be supporting programs within the United States and its defense against foreign and domestic threats to our nation s security. Job Responsibilities:
Manage the work and daily supervision of Analyst I contractors (See Analyst I job responsibilities below), while providing high level advice, assistance, guidance, management, and research and technical support in support of agencies' missions Be responsible for all project activities, both administrative and programmatic. Work independently under direction or in a team to collect, analyze, and present data from structured research and evaluation activities. Provide technical guidance in the completion of contract deliverables Monitor metric and quality performance of contract deliverables Ensure the policies set forth in the various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed Make recommendations via the Contract Officer Representative (COR) for process improvements Monthly status reports to the COR and Contracting Officer (CO) under the guidance of a Program Manager and/or Deputy Program Manager Understand and have experience in doing the responsibilities of Analyst I position Analyst I Responsibilities:
Perform research requests through a variety of open-source and proprietary tools in support of a federal agency Conduct comprehensive research on individuals to determine if records exist for the subject in question Interpret data and summarize findings in clear and accessible reports in accordance with government policies and SOPs Provide analytical findings in a consistent manner where government officials can make informed decisions. Use client tracking and communication systems to locate and access information in the areas of media and review research documents that contain possible references. Author, review, and edit written documents, communicate, and work cooperatively with others on the team Conduct administrative tasks as required, to include creating written reports and summaries Maintain up-to-date logs and records of work accomplished and attempted Collaborate with other analysts, researchers on cross-functional projects Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or three (3) or more years of experience with knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques Proficient computer skills, proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome Ability to navigate multiple browser windows, copy/paste to and from different applications Active Top-Secret Clearance Attention to detail Preferred Qualifications:
