🚀 Proposal Manager | Tempe, AZ Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization , is seeking a Proposal Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Sales / Proposal Management organization supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Program Management and D&S functions . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage the proposal process from cradle to grave for competitive and non-competitive bids Lead cross-functional teams to develop compliant, persuasive, and winning proposals under tight deadlines Analyze RFP requirements and define compliant response structures, outlines, and deliverable plans Develop and maintain proposal schedules, planning documents, compliance matrices, and review cycles Coordinate reviews, reporting metrics, process improvements, and post-submittal updates ✅ What's Needed?
