This role is vital in ensuring compliance, optimizing vendor relationships, and maintaining rigorous document and records management standards. Duties Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, review, and execution to ensure alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements Oversee accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes are efficiently executed Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through effective vendor management strategies and procurement practices Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other relevant legal frameworks Conduct thorough document reviews for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual obligations; utilize tools like DocuSign for electronic signatures, QuickBooks, ProCore, Textura, and others Implement change management procedures to adapt contracts or processes in response to evolving business needs or regulatory updates Maintain meticulous records of all contractual documents, amendments, correspondence, and related compliance documentation using robust document management systems Skills Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract law including intellectual property law and UCC law Proven expertise in construction contracts, and contract management software tools like various A/R platforms Strong understanding of compliance management standards including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Excellent research skills coupled with strategic planning abilities to support business development initiatives Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Effective records management skills with experience in document control systems; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision Ability to adapt quickly to change management processes within complex contractual environments Join us as an A/R & Contracts Manager to be at the forefront of our operational excellence!
