Important:
This is a customer-facing Contract Administrator role , not a Supply Chain or Purchasing Manager position. The ideal candidate should have experience working directly with customers and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
Review customer purchase orders, contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and terms & conditions. Manage customer orders, including order entry, schedule changes, and customer portals. Communicate regularly with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and contract-related issues. Prepare and submit proposals and quotations based on customer requirements. Analyze contract requirements and ensure compliance with company policies. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with customers. Monitor contract performance, delivery status, and financial results. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, claims, and contract issues. Act as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned contracts. Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by creating demand plans and forecasts. Ensure compliance with export regulations and industry requirements. Participate in customer meetings and presentations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Contract Administration , Customer Service, Order Management, or a related customer-facing role. Experience reviewing contracts, purchase orders, pricing, and terms & conditions. Strong customer communication and relationship management skills. Experience preparing proposals, quotes, and contract documentation. Ability to negotiate contract terms and resolve customer issues. Knowledge of contract compliance, commercial agreements, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems/ERP software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$34.00 - $40.00 per hour
