Job Description
A growing service-based company is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to assist with customer invoicing, account reconciliation, and collections support during a period of organizational growth. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with both accounting and operations teams while helping improve cash flow and account accuracy.
Primary ResponsibilitiesBilling OperationsGenerate and distribute customer invoicesReview billing records for accuracy and completenessMaintain detailed customer account informationAssist with payment posting and account reconciliationsCollections & Account Follow-UpMonitor aging reports and identify delinquent accountsContact customers regarding outstanding balancesResearch payment discrepancies and account issuesDocument collection efforts and account activityAssist with month-end reporting and financial tracking
