We are partnering with a reputable construction/homebuilding organization seeking a high-performing Purchasing Clerk to support a busy Purchasing Department. This is a professional office-based role ideal for candidates who excel in accounting, contract administration, and database-driven work. πŸš€ What You'll Do In this critical support role, you will help ensure seamless purchasing and contract processes across active construction projects: Research and analyze contracted items awaiting payment and determine required purchase order adjustments Process Purchase Orders (POs) and Variance POs using Excel and JD Edwards (JDE) Verify and track POs through systems Communicate with Construction Managers and Trade Partners regarding approvals Assist with bid processes, including pricing analysis and system updates Support contract administration, amendments, and documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure all data is audit-ready ?
