Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join a Legal Operations team in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep agreement workflows organized, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. The role supports day-to-day contract administration by helping requests move efficiently from intake through signature and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the intake of new agreement requests, ensuring each submission is documented accurately and directed to the appropriate stakeholders for review.
Coordinate with business partners to gather missing information, secure approvals, and obtain signatures so contracts continue progressing without unnecessary delays.
Administer contract execution activities through electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign, monitoring each step from preparation to completion.
Maintain organized and up-to-date contract data within Salesforce and related document management tools to support reliable recordkeeping.
Monitor the status of active agreements and share timely progress updates with internal teams regarding pending actions and completion timelines.
Partner with legal, operational, and cross-functional contacts to keep contract processes aligned with business deadlines and service expectations.
Organize and preserve contract files within the repository so documents remain accessible, complete, and easy to retrieve.
Contribute to additional Legal Operations assignments and special projects as business needs evolve.
