Responsibilities:

+ Monitor and manage client move, change, and disposal requests of the process ensuring revenue recognition, expense control, service contract set up and prompt billing. + Management and routing of moves, removals, returns ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. + Management of added assets for accurate fleet reporting to the client. + Ensure prompt and accurate change management to ensure all reporting tools and service / supply dispatch are up to date. + Ensure activation/closure in all systems and with all partners.

Requirements:

+ AA Degree or equivalent. + Minimum of 4 years customer account or asset management experience. + Strong client retention and satisfaction experience + Working knowledge of basic accounting principles + Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, primarily Excel for data management and analysis. + Working knowledge of contract administration, compliance and captive lease programs. + Oracle and Tableau experience a plus but not required. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Capable of performing multiple complex tasks simultaneously and in dovetail order. + TABS is currently accepting proof of vaccination status on a voluntary basis during the onboarding process.
