Job Description

Overview We're searching for an Administrator for our Adult Residential Facility who blends heart with strong administrative instincts. If you have 3+ years of consistent employment in the same ARF location, a proven record of clean inspections, and solid Title 17/22 compliance, you'll feel right at home here. The ideal Administrator is responsible, creative, open to ideas, and able to self‑start while still working collaboratively with our team. We value a leader who is steady, dependable, and invested in the long‑term success of our residents, staff, and home. There are additional incentives for Administrative role after 90 days. Must live in reasonable distance to position. Responsibilities Maintain a strong history of clean inspections and full compliance with Title 17/22. Multitask effectively while keeping the home running smoothly day‑to‑day. Work alongside the team, not just as a lead—supporting staff, modeling professionalism, and fostering a positive environment. Maintain all individual and staff files, ensuring certifications, training, and documentation remain current. Complete and submit all required reports accurately and on time. Collaborate with outside agencies, including Regional Center, CCL, and support providers, to ensure consistent communication and quality services. Requirements Current ARF Administrator Certificate in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of continuous, high‑performing Administrative experience in an ARF or closely related setting. Valid CPR/First Aid certification with up‑to‑date renewal. Current TB screening
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
