Our team is committed to excellence, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Contract Clerk to join our accounting department.

Your Role:
As an Automotive Contract Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all new and used vehicle contracts. You'll support the finance and accounting teams with key administrative tasks, including: Reviewing and processing sales contracts for accuracy and completeness Posting finance and lease contracts into accounting schedules Organizing deal paperwork and maintaining filing systems Processing payoff checks for trade-ins and coordinating with financial institutions Verifying incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax accuracy Routing funded deals for DMV processing
What You Bring:
2-3 years of dealership accounting experience (contracts preferred) Strong attention to detail and urgency in meeting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with dealership software and Excel Professionalism and a team-focused mindset If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, professional environment, we'd love to hear from you!
