Job Description

Only qualified "Customer Contract Analyst" candidates located near the San Diego California area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence 4 days in office weeklyEducation
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in place of educationRequired Qualifications
  • One to three years of contract administration or related experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in compliance-focused or regulated environments preferredResponsibilities
  • Review and process customer contract documentation
  • Audit contract packages for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding contract status and requirements
  • Support contract execution and tracking activities
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies procedures and compliance requirements
  • Work with CRM and Microsoft Office applications including Excel SharePoint Salesforce and SAP
  • Support team goals and collaborate across departments
