Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Corporate Front Desk Administrator for a direct hire opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being a central point of coordination in a fast-paced construction, industrial facilities, or infrastructure environment. The Corporate Front Desk Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to construction management teams, corporate leadership, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel. This position plays an important role in keeping project documentation organized, communications flowing, and office operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to construction project managers, corporate leadership, field teams, and office staff.
  • Maintain organized project files, contracts, permits, change orders, submittals, compliance documents, and other construction-related records.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, project communications, bids, proposals, and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, site visits, travel arrangements, schedules, deadlines, and project deliverables.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, vendor documentation, payroll support, timekeeping records, and workforce documentation as needed.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from clients, vendors, subcontractors, contractors, and internal departments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.
