• The Legal team supports the company's global growth by providing practical guidance that helps teams move quickly while managing risk.

We partner with groups across the organization, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement, to review legal considerations and develop scalable solutions. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Contracts to own the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. In this role, you will advise on contract strategy, support revenue-generating initiatives, and help improve contracting processes. You will also develop a deep understanding of Indeed's full suite of products and the legal considerations associated with each. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, with a business-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating across global teams, and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Responsibilities
• + Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with Indeed's clients + Develop and refine policies and procedures to improve contract management and negotiation strategies + Give training and guidance to internal business partners on contract-related best practices + Manage the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and modifications in partnership with Legal Operations Analysts + Partner closely with Sales to structure deals that support revenue objectives + Advise on complex agreements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams + Triage novel or high-risk requests and escalate as appropriate + Ensure compliance with applicable laws and evolving regulatory requirements while maintaining commercially competitive contract terms At this time, we are not considering candidates for this role who are based in the following locations: State of California, Seattle, WA, New York City Metro (Tri-State), Washington DC Metro Area.
