Full Job Description Position:
Contracts Administrator A well-established Construction Firm is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator with experience in commercial construction . We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced team environment .
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Contracts Administration experience (Construction industry preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks ProContractor and Microsoft Office Ability to read and understand construction contracts Valid driver's license (driving required) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phones, handling mail, maintaining office machines Preparing and maintaining meeting minutes for internal team meetings Routing and executing all contracts and related documents from project start to close-out Managing customer correspondence , insurance certificates , preliminary liens , and lien releases Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Coordinating with Project Managers, Payroll, and Operations for document compliance Maintaining and updating all project and office files Occasionally performing driving tasks as needed
