You will partner closely with sales, legal, finance, order management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deal closures and ensure policy and revenue recognition compliance. This is an onsite role in San Jose, CA, working a standard full-time schedule (5 days/week, 8 hours/day). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and provide first-line approvals for deals Meet with sales teams to identify customer business issues and structure transactions that meet both company and customer requirements Draft and certify customer contracts and analyze binding sales agreements Communicate deal value via documented business cases to cross-functional stakeholders Ensure transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communications to management Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements Experience structuring multi-element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support) Proficiency in software revenue recognition accounting (e.g., SOP 97-2) and related standards Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders Pay Range $40.32 - $50.40/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
