Job Description

?? Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Administrator to support our growing biopharmaceutical operations. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts related to clinical trials, vendors, and strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. ?? Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and process a variety of agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and consulting agreements Manage contract lifecycle activities from initiation through execution, renewal, and closeout Maintain and organize contract records within the company's contract management system Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (FDA, GxP, and internal policies) Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines Identify potential risks in contract terms and escalate issues as needed Support internal and external audits related to contractual documentation ?? Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Legal Studies, or a related field 2+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences Basic understanding of contract law principles Familiarity with clinical research and regulatory environments is a plus Experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ?? Preferred Skills Experience working with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ??
