Job Description
JOB DUTIES
•+ Acting as a delegate for the HCP contracting Sponsor, ensure that all business-facing and other process requirements / information is available and entered in the systems completely and in a timely manner to ensure efficient progression of all assigned HCP contracts + Diligently manage all HCP contracting tasks and activities assigned to the HCP Sponsor, ensuring their informed participation and involvement in decision-making throughout the process + Independently manage assigned business functions, ensuring continuous and active engagement to proactively address the HCP contractual needs of Sponsor stakeholders + Gather, maintain, and report on future-period planned HCP engagements to assist teams with developing annual HCP budget / forecast needs + Cultivate and sustain strong business relationships with internal support functions engaged in the HCP contracting process to ensure contracts progress efficiently and timely to execution and ultimately through close-out (e.g., Commercial Operations HCP team, Finance, Corporate Compliance, Legal, etc.) + Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout the HCP contract lifecycle and develop effective business cases along with initial ideas for potential solutions + Develop high-level subject matter expertise within assigned business functions to ensure a comprehensive understanding, enabling better anticipation of operational needs that may lead t + •JOB REQUIREMENTS
•+ Outstanding customer service skills, with proven ability to interact effectively with all level's of management and healthcare professionals + Exceptional attention to detail with significant project management skills + Proficient in defining, gathering and reporting key process metrics data to senior management and interested stakeholders + Significant relationship building skills + International HCP contracting familiarity + Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to concisely define and articulate complex issues and/or findings + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Self-starter that can distill and appropriately report status and keep management appropriately informed + Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize workload and the work of others Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology knowledge, experience with Life / Health Sciences vendors preferred •EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
