Provide positive and helpful presence assisting clients. Code invoices and maintain tenant contact lists. Oversee contracting work performed at property.Essential Job Duties:
Set up files and develop a system to track contracts, purchase orders, etc. Code invoices and collect necessary documentation for payment processing. Coordinate contracts for various vendors. Ensure that adequate services are available for employees. Maintain service agreements and required certificates. Assist in developing monthly statements of accounts and variance reports submitted for management review. Assist client management in tracking personnel moves and equipment.Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 1-2 years property or facilities management experience. PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Word Perfect. Must be organized and have ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time. Must have ability meet difficult deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).Note:
