WHAT WE'RE DOING

The candidate shall lead a direct and matrixed reporting Supply Chain Management and cross-functional team to execute the Material requirements for the Army Air Force Market Segment future Black Hawk production capture.

THE WORK

The candidate will be responsible for setting Material strategy during proposal and negotiation phases Responsible for implementing and executing the Material strategy for the future Black Hawk program of record, included but not limited to negotiation, order placement, and ensuring on-time delivery. The candidate will also lead the Material negotiations with the customer. Management of obsolescence and new product development for future Black Hawk configurations. The candidate will be responsible for regular executive level briefings across RMS/Sikorsky on future Black Hawk strategy and implementation.

Work Remotely:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
